Line Management • Mandatory bi-weekly meetings with the TWDS they oversee in their sub region. • Scheduled monthly phone calls with the tribal administrator hosting the TWDS for the first 3-6 months depending on need and monthly following that period. • Provide assistance with department-wide trainings. • Maintain daily office hours for TWDS you oversee. • Annual visits to Job Center sites to monitor and report on activity. • Compiles and reviews TWD timesheets and submits them to the payroll. • Regular Meetings with the Job Center Manager to discuss staff development requirements, management issues and strategy planning for their sites. • Serve as a key-facilitator in contract management for trainings brought out to villages.
