  As sales director, I pride myself on building strong relationships with our retail partners & their customers, while providing the strongest resources for education. I have worked many big events in California directly educating & selling to our customers as well as networking with other small business owners. I also work remotely from NY using the phone, email, zoom, or social media to provide the best wellness & value to pet parents & store owners across the country. I keep aware to new or existing local locations that share our values, so I'm committed to visiting store owners as well to personally showcase our product value. I also ran the Bailey's Rescue of the Month Initiative. Each month we partner with a different shelter or rescue across the country in need of a spotlight & donation of our award winning product. For me, this was rewarding on many levels. I got to directly connect with so many incredible non profit organizations across the country, each with a team working incredibly hard to help pets in needs. We share their story while donating 100 bottles of our product to that organization. In addition, I have been successfully managing the Bailey's social media page on Instagram for the past 2 years. It's been another great way to learn about the industry trends, market & promote everything from products & promotions to events & giveaways. It's also a great tool for helping spread quality education while connecting with tons of like-minded small business owners. It also allows me to work with some great pet influencer networks to collaborate with our brand, allowing us to spread the wellness even further in the pet wellness community. Show less
