We have a team of eight, located at Pieksämäki, Järvenpää and Ruokolahti. Our team works as part of it department, but the major focus in in operational service production and development. As a manager, I'm also responsible for productization of our it-services. I have a clear view of required skillsets needed in running it-operations effectively. I have organized it-services to share responsibility and to create logical and effective specialist roles. During the company fusions I have analyzed different development paths to unite our team and the it-infrastructure for the best benefits. After the conclusions we have done major progress with very little impact on service level. Major task has been been managing the technical AD migrations and keeping the team together. Building the team and working for a common goal. My technical focus is AD, DNS, network (multisite & virtual lans) and most of the typical MS-infrastructure. I can handle complex technology, but in my current role I keep my eyes on entire it. I try to be second on technical fields, supporting specialists and developing their roles and skills. Due to company fusions we have been busy with unifying projects. But thanks to the team, we have also managed to complete major development projects, empowering the company and supporting business development. 2017-2023 I was working as a data privacy officer in addition to my primary role. I do my best to report our companys status to my best knowledge. Organizing data privacy teams has been key component in organizating data controller responsibilities and creating build in privacy and security.
