I have worked directly with Jared over the last 3 years and indirectly over the last 24. Simply put, Jared is the definition of a leader. A strong, vocal and very hands on leader who always puts "what's best for the company" at the forefront. Jared is a very detailed, technical and strategic thinker that is able to handle multiple tasks and produce solutions that evolve into strong revenue for both client and company. One of his strong assets is helping everyone of his staff members understand their value and worth. He has personally developed and advanced my skills to a much higher level with his leadership and direction and has been a key asset in my success at the VP level.
