With a career in recruitment that has spanned more than two decades, he brings a strong track record in international search and business management experience to the firm. Joining Aurex Group in 2012 in Hong Kong, Jared oversaw the growth of the Asia-based team before leading the company’s rebranding and international expansion in 2017. Under his vision, Aurex Group has become a truly global business, operating from Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, the Americas and the UK. Now based in the Brisbane, Australia office since its opening in 2021, Jared collaborates closely with the global partnership team and continues to build upon the firm’s objectives to further expand Aurex Group in key geographies around the world. Throughout his career, Jared has built deep networks and long-term partnerships with leaders across the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Natural Resources sectors. He has experience recruiting across all levels, including CEO, MD and board-level appointments and regularly consults with Aurex Group’s clients on leadership, management and restructuring remits. Within the firm, he is a mentor to many and has helped to shape and guide the Aurex Group brand and culture, building an award-winning international team.
