In the Summer of 2019, I joined a research group with Jared working on project covering topics I had read about, but had never worked with before. Jared was extremely helpful in getting me up to speed on the project, as well as explaining both the theoretical and practical aspects of the work in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The knowledge I had gained from working with Jared proved to be invaluable in future projects.

Jared was my former labmate at Purdue. We worked on the same research project for several months. I was impressed by his excellent communication skills and leadership in the project. He is a quick learner and can always get to the root of the problem. Jared is also an expert in robotics and deep learning algorithms. It was really a happy and unforgettable experience working with Jared.
