Jared is the team lead every company needs. He is responsible and ensures things get done even when it wasn't discussed. We all have our weaknesses but Jared does not use it as a crutch or excuse to not deliver. I enjoyed the projects Jared was involved in as he was never afraid to share his thoughts, suggestions, or concerns even when they may not be popular. I enjoy watching his continued growth personally and professionally, and hope to be able to hire him again down the road.
