Jared worked with my team at Nuvalence from February, 2022 until the end of December, 2022. During that time we worked together I had the chance to interact with him as both a peer, developing features, and as a lead on an agile team. Jared was an excellent coworker and I truly miss having him on the team! Jared is talented across a range of skills, being truly fullstack. He is quick to volunteer for assignments, no matter the level of difficulty or complexity and committed to a great outcome for the team and the client. He is reliable to deliver excellent quality code, with unit tests, on time. He makes sure to ask questions, pair, and communicate professionally to keep things moving along. He always alerted us early of any potential delays or risks, and then was proactive to help solve them. As a coworker Jared was friendly, positive, respectful of others, and extremely reliable. Being a remote team, Jared was an example of using asynchronous communication to keep the team up to date with his status. Jared is helpful and often pairs with other team members to help teach them something new. Given the chance to work together again, I wouldn't hesitate!
Lola Brautigan
