During a summer internship with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles I developed and built trust to lead a team of 25 facilities technicians to prioritize, coordinate, and distribute work. I would also gather resources and motivate technicians to improve production of engine blocks and various engine components. Through determination and enthusiasm, I graduated from boot camp as platoon honor man. Tested myself by taking up the role of radio operator, on my first deployment to Afghanistan. I was promoted to team leader, as a lance corporal, after my first deployment. Volunteered to represent the company at Assault-Man leader’s course where I achieved second in my class. Managed the welfare of three Marines for over 9 months of training and 5 months of combat operations. Through determination and enthusiasm, I graduated from boot camp as platoon honor man.
