  During a summer internship with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles I developed and built trust to lead a team of 25 facilities technicians to prioritize, coordinate, and distribute work. I was promoted to team leader, as a lance corporal, after my first deployment. Volunteered to represent the company at Assault-Man leader’s course where I achieved second in my class.
