I hired Jared at WeWork in 2018 and watched him succeed with flying colors. Jared is coachable, curious, intelligent, hard-working, and consistently high-performing. He is exceptionally talented at creating warmth, trust and connection with both his customers and teammates. As Jared's direct manager, I was the recipient of numerous, unsolicited e-mails from customer and peers raving about him. But Jared's real superpower is his raw activity. At WeWork, one of the most important metrics was our sellers' monthly volume of tours with prospects (akin to "demos" in a Saas company). Jared literally set records for tour volume, and his work ethic raised the bar for the entire team. Jared is a "hire at any cost" salesperson.
