Jared Gronning and I worked together for almost a decade and we still maintain contact to this day. As a peer, Jared and I collaborated on complex projects involving the network and telecom environments. The work was made easier thanks to Jared's broad and deep understanding of both areas. His expert-level knowledge on the Avaya platform and was without compare on troubleshooting calls where he often took command of the situation. As a member of my team, Jared became a leader and was a go-to resource for the entire technology organization. An easy fit from a cultural standpoint, Jared always excelled at building relationships and quickly earned the respect of his peers through his work ethic and integrity. He mentored the more junior members of the team, was always approachable and open-minded, and displayed unflappable common sense and sound judgement. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jared and I hope our professional paths cross once again.

Jared is an expert in his field and knows call center technologies inside and out. He is well versed in everything from Avaya and Genesys to AWS Connect.
