Bio
Kirk Daulerio
I've collaborated with Jared across various roles, from Bates College to the Mitchell Institute to UMF, and now at USM. Throughout that time, I've known Jared to be a deep thinker and forward-thinking leader in enrollment management. He has the ability to pull people together from cross-functional areas to work towards a common vision.

I work with a lot of VPs of Enrollment, and think of Jared as in the top group of highly skilled leaders, and the future of the profession. I feel that way for the following reasons: 1) He's both a leader in vision, and not afraid to get his hands dirty in getting things done. An important combination for any leader in Higher Education, and otherwise. 2) He's not afraid to try innovative models, which is incredibly important in today's climate. The field needs more people like Jared. 3) He combines the drive and goal setting of the private sector, with the passion of the public sector. That level of professionalism and focus isn't incredibly common in Higher Ed, and Jared has it.
