I worked with Jacqueline under the same SVP but in different teams. I worked closely with her when she managed a project that I was involved in. It was a difficult project which involved various technical and business teams and required a good knowledge of the SWIFT application in order to manage the resources and priorities. Jacqueline managed the project very well and despite the challenges she faced, she was able to deliver the project in scope, on time and within budget.

Jackie has been part of my team for more than five years now and has successfully delivered many extremely challenging projects. including large system implementations and rollouts, upgrades to existing applications, as well as many smaller initiatives. Jackie is detail oriented and proactively managers her projects. She is able to quickly assess the risk and works with the clients and technical teams to ensure the key risks are mitigated allowing the projects to be successfully delivered. Jackie enjoys a good challenge and is frequently the first person to volunteer to project manage the more difficult initiatives.
