  I worked on different research and extension projects: Research Project: Development of a Reference Model for the Management of Product Variety - Study of techniques that minimize the impacts caused by the high variety of products in production area (shop floor), taking into consideration the cycle time of products in order to increase productivity, efficiency, flexibility, integration between departments as well as eliminate waste and losses in the process. - Tools and techniques learned: portfolio management, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, single minute exchange of die, assembly to order, postponement, and the importance of integration between these departments.
