Energy company Gasum is an expert in the Nordic gas industry, and together with its partners promotes the development of a carbon-neutral future. Gasum is a forerunner in sustainable Nordic energy solutions and circular economy.At Gasum, my main task was sales, account management and stakeholder management for recycling and biogas business unit. In 2018, recycling service accounts reached value of 20 million euros. Gasum is market leader in handling of biodegradable waste.One main way to achieve set goals was to increase awareness of municipal and industrial decision makers how biogas treatment of biowaste and waste water sludge could generate possibilities in circular economy. I was actively involved with Finnish recycling associations and organizations and also participated in various work shops and think tanks concentrating especially in increase of biowaste recycling rate and tools for it. I also took part in investment projects concerning new biogas plants and gave presentations in professional events and exhibitions.***Gasumissa päätehtäväni oli kierrätys- ja biokaasuliiketoimintayksikön myynti sekä asiakkuuksien ja sidosryhmien hallinta. Vuonna 2018 asiakkuuksieni liikevaihto oli noin 20 miljoonaa euroa. Gasum on markkinajohtaja biohajoavan jätteen käsittelyssä.Yksi tärkeimmistä tavoista saavuttaa asetetut tavoitteet oli lisätä kuntien ja teollisuuden päätöksentekijöiden tietoisuutta siitä, miten biojätteen ja jätevesilietteen biokaasukäsittely voisi luoda mahdollisuuksia kiertotaloudessa. Olin aktiivisesti mukana suomalaisissa kierrätysyhdistyksien ja -järjestöjen tapahtumissa. Osallistuin myös erilaisiin työpajoihin keskittyen erityisesti biojätteen kierrätysasteen parantamiseen ja jätevesilietteen käsittelymahdollisuuksiin. Osallistuin myös uusiin biokaasulaitoksiin liittyviin investointiprojekteihin ja pidin esityksiä ammatillisissa tapahtumissa.
