Agile Coach SAP S4/HANA

As an Agile Coach, I focused on using short development cycles (called 'sprints') that allow the project and my teams to adapt to rapidly changing environments - within the Volkswagen Group and the world - in a highly collaborative manner. I was responsible for creating and improving these agile processes within my excellent teams of the 1Log (oneLog) Logistic SAP S4/HANA Volkswagen Group project. From external contractors to project management and product management up to the IT and software development teams, I connected the (agile) dots within the Volkswagen Group and beyond:I coached, mentored, and guided our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific challenges in the SAP project. I have analyzed the organization's existing infrastructure and implemented improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, I worked on the long-term (agile) strategy across the entire organization, enabling our teams to deliver better products faster, more efficiently.Key takeaway: There is no Product owner - the whole team, everyone is the owner. My academic background in the Toyota Production System, combined with my prior experience and network at Volkswagen, was the ideal start conditions to embrace a holistic approach on my job as a Continues Improvement Coach and Process designer.​Key takeaway:It all starts with you and continues when you leave. While working as a planning manager, I often worked closely with colleagues from the Management Accounting Department. This brought my attention to their work in general. I want to learn and understand management accounting and how it supports the whole company and its departments to reach their goals and thrive. Key takeaway: Management Accounting is not an island. It is a train station: It connects, it has to think holistically, it tries to understand the past and imagines the future to give guidance in the present for the management. Show less
