  I was working as a senior programmer and developing web applications with ASP.NET and MVC in C#. I took part in several E-Government projects like the Immovables Portal and the E-Land Register. I developed several X-tee service methods and implemented the digital stamp for signing digitized documents. I was the technical team lead of an eCommerce project consisting of 4 programmers and helped mentor several junior programmers.   My first responsibilities were eCommerce related and i helped develop smaller web shops and tourism related portals. I was part of a Swedish mobile telecom project for selling multimedia entertainment. I was also working for the Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK) as a rental programmer (on location) for 18 months. My main job responsiblities were making enhancements to the Estonian Court Information System, implementing new web services and optimizing SQL procedures.
