As part of both the Strategic and Operational Management Group, I was a key person in leading the company forward, both culturally and financially. During my years at Boulebar, the company was experiencing strong growth and sales doubled and we grew from about 150 employees to double. I was first employed as COO but quickly became Vice CEO. I was offered the job as CEO but chose instead to work with leadership and recruitment at group level.

Artists such as Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, The Cure, New Order, Björk, Faithless, Moby and Hot Chip have played at the festival. At management team level, I worked with developing and quality assuring the VIP area and all areas that handled sales of any kind.   Uniforms for the Dedicated make music, art, film, furniture & fashion. The ambition is to produce sustainable products that will be worn and used for many years to come. I started working with UftD just when the four friends and founders won a prestigious fashion award and decided to invest their time entirely in UftD. The way from friends to entrepreneurs and corporate executives is not always easy. My role was to facilitate that path. I designed and led processes and workshops aimed at getting the group to become a professional team.
