Present the financial results and insights to the Board. Manage and oversee the taxation affairs of the company and liaise with the external tax firm for specialist advice. Handle and oversee the cash flow of the company and ensure it has the appropriate treasury controls. Coordinate with the External Auditor and ensure the company is compliant with the accounting standards. Manage the company's banking and borrowing arrangements and also handle the company’s financial systems. Administer all the accounts-related works such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, treasury, payroll, finance and management accounting functions. Advise and implement the best-practice methods in order to increase revenue and reduce costs of the company. Manage, track budget and account information which includes billing, collections, and tax information. Also, review all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedures of the company.
