  • Generate and review risk assessment and gap analysis on new product introduction (NPI) in terms of capability, materials to be used, machine & logistics, and design, with respect to the device's criticality and customer requirements. • Generates evaluation & qualification plan as well as to create its roadmap/timeline. • Monitor and ensure the quality of NPI in all stations from Central Die Preparation (CDP), Front of Line (FOL), and End of Line (EOL) processes, and generate the workmanship summary report. • Communicate with local and international customers through email, teleconnection, and on personal during their visit. Discuss with internal teams on the NPI criticality and requirements. • Ensures that all the documentations are in place related to the NPI for proper handover to volume production. • Handle customer complaints when there are failure on their device. Generate and support Failure Analysis (FA) on the affected unit. • With basic knowledge on Rel/FA, Die Attach, Wirebond, and Mold. Show less
