Three qualities every support specialist should have - good comunication skills, analytical thinking and fast reaction. And they are all combined in one great support specialist - Janis Miculiss. Ambitious, inteligent and with excellent sense of humor. In day-to-day job clients were his top priority. He did not even go to lunch break without his phone. :) And sometimes I saw him rushing back into office with a phone to his ear and quickly gathering software developers and test engineers to get things done. But wait, there is more. With a knowledge about project management and sales, Janis was good internal support for us in case there was a little project, which needed to be managed, or some change request offer was waiting to be done for client. No matter what kind of problem client had ( and we all know support specialists are that wall, which takes all hits and dissatisfaction from clients) he allways greeted client with his courtesy and found a way to help. I would recommend Janis as a great colleague, because I enjoyed every day working with him. Give him a chance to grow, and he will help your company to grow.
