When I camed to Enersize, I wasn't expecting such a huge discipline regarding test automation which Jani had done before when he was the only person in the project. I think that motivation for simplicity and keeping the automation testing in reasonable level were the key factors which made new team member adapting to codebase quite smooth and increased the confidence of making changes to existing codebase of every team member. He was also a good boss. He gave responsibilities, positive feedback and injected ideas - instead of forced - into our brains whenever possible. Bringing humour and laughter to team every single day was quite unique characteristic in him which felt very nice.
