Spending time working across all parts of our business, from marketing, to operations and customer service, Janinka's ability to understand all elements of building a brand and successful business was exceptional. Some of Janinka's best qualities include her impeccable attention to detail, follow through on all projects (big and small), ability to project manage complicated projects and her leadership attributes. She was a superb manager to the rest of the team, always demonstrating empathy, but holding people to the highest of standards, and helping the team constantly improve. Janinka truly made a lasting impact on Seed + Mill and I would recommend her to any future team. She is very much missed at Seed + Mill, but the terrific work she was responsible for lives on!
