  Working at International Counterintelligence Services, my primary responsibilities included assisting clients with reputation repair and negative suppression needs. I liaised with two direct managers overseeing the project, and worked with one partner utilizing a variety of modalities to squash negative data about any given client's reputation. The process by which this is done is proprietary to ICS, and can therefore not be described in detail, suffice to say, our team was able to create excellent results using the formulas crafted by International Counterintelligence CEO, Michael Rabern. With Rabern's guidance, planning, and thoughtful format for execution, we tackled very high-end cases under his supervision and mentorship. During the time I was not working on active reputation management cases, I also assisted with day-to-day investigations, from coast to coast, as well as setting up investigations abroad. This was an exciting job where I learned a great deal and enjoyed being a private investigator for ICS. What I learned during the brief period on the main reputation management cases I took with me, making me a better online researcher, and a more observant user of the Internet for the clients I carry now at Prado Media Inc.   As the lead writer and editor for print collateral in English and Spanish, I was responsible for crafting bilingual copy for: • Direct mailers • Brochures • Medicinal support pamphlets explaining each clinical trial, how much participants would earn, and the type of care they would receive during the trial(s) to benefit their health while also garnering them a paycheck for testing medications for: → Type 1 and 2 diabetes → Heart conditions → Insomnia → Smoking cessation → Nocturia → Other miscellaneous medications As the lead writer and editor for radio ad spots in English and Spanish, I was responsible for ensuring bilingual copy was concise, direct, met the objectives of my supervisor, Lydie Hazan, and the time limits for each spot (either 30 seconds or one minute, depending on the ad, the station, and the cost.) At IMPACT Clinical Trials, I learned to hone my writing into lean, succinct copy, as brevity ruled the day for most of what I wrote. I also learned to write using simple prose to ensure everyone who participated in any clinical trial would be sure to understand everything about the medication(s), potential side effects, and potentially dangerous symptoms they may encounter during a trial. Overall, I found the experience enriching for my skill set, but found rigid management and life within a cubicle farm wasn't for me. It was this revelation that lead me to form my first freelance endeavor. I stayed at IMPACT Clinical Trials while burning the midnight oil until I was ready to launch Reinless Writing (which later became Prado Media Inc.) completely. Show less
