I have worked with Janie and her team to support my children with tutoring for three years. Janie and her fantastic tutors/teachers can help children of all ages in elementary, middle, and high school. They also can adapt to different learning styles. My son struggles with ADHD, as so many kids do, and has an IEP through the Board of Education. Our tutor was able to work to my son's strengths, and he is now thriving in school and getting all A’s. Last week he received the highest marks on his math test! I nearly cried! Thank you, Janie!

Janie provided spot on tutors for my daughters. My girls are very different people, and Janie made the right match with each of them - the first time. Janie's tutor helped my middle school daughter go from struggling in a subject that she usually excelled in (Science) but had issues with the teacher's approach. Within a few months - she ended up winning the Science Fair! We have decided to keep LIsa beyond that semester since she provided such a great connection and confidence building - and the benefits keep piling up. Thank you to Janie to provide such a WINNER! The same story with my younger daughter, who has some behavior and learning issues. Janie herself helped bridge the gap for us, and has brought my 4th grader in to her own and able to participate in many ways that she couldn't in the past. I highly recommend Janie and The Study Shack for all tutoring needs and educational guidance.
