Responsible for the daily operations of the branch office including employee management, delegating work assignments,monitoring activities,and controlling operating expenses within budget.Assist in the development, implementation and administration of HR polices and procedures. Organize and attend staffing and recruiting job fairs as needed; including in house,at customer site,and/or at designated vendor locations.Interpret company policies and procedures for employees at all levels as needed.
