Level II experience: DMC-Rehab Institute of Michigan in Inpatient Spinal Cord Injury Unit Treated various demographics and backgrounds recovering from SCI, amputations, and burns. Evaluated patients primarily using ICF and FIM and established appropriate goals based on occupational profile and functional status. Collaborated with multidisciplinary team during roundtable 2-3x/week to discuss patient progress and plan of discharge. Applied therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, and neuromuscular recovery techniques to improve functional mobility and engagement in occupations. Assisted and educated patients on safe transfer techniques (mechanical lift, slide board, sit pivot, and stand pivot). Educated patients and family daily on safe transfer techniques, adaptive equipment, fall prevention, and pressure relief techniques.

Level II experience: Flourishing Lives Outpatient Pediatrics Evaluated and developed treatment plans for children with various diagnoses including: developmental disability, autism, dyspraxia, SPD, and ADD/ADHD. Implemented treatment plans using Jean Ayres Sensory Integration and Child-Directed, Therapy Guided approach Interventions included setting up multi-sensory environment with suspension swings and floor equipments to provide the "Just Right Challenge" for each child. Attended several trainings provided at the clinic on Floortime, Attachment, Laser Therapy.
