  The CERTI Foundation is an organization of research, development and specialized technological services that provides innovative solutions for the private sector, government and third sector. At the Innovative Entrepreneurship Center we apply scientific and technological knowledge to innovative businesses, incubators, technology parks and centers, clusters, and other entities, which result in Regional Technological Development. I worked as a coordinator of entrepreneurship projects and as an analyst of planning projects for the implementation of Technology Parks. As coordinator of Inovativa Brasil, I led and managed multiple projects simultaneously and my main responsibilities were: strategic plan; project management; team leader (300% growth in the team); governance of stakeholders; product development, including the program's softwares; communication and marketing plans; financial management; business analysis; status reports; process optimization; structuring of the mentoring program; planning and execution of acceleration cycles; etc. In the development of Technological Park implementation plans, I was responsible for the economic and financial feasibility plans for the Technological Park of Cascavél, Maringa and Mato Grosso.
