Janice Lathen is an outstanding leader. She inspires everyone with whom she works and many people she meets by chance. She is knowledgeable about technology and a good organizer, but so are many other people. What Janice brings that is extraordinary are her stubborn faith that if a project is worthwhile there must be a way to fund it and bring it to fruition, and her special way of relating to people.
