Her one and half months was spent contributing to editing and designing the layout for the brand story and interactive brochure for XD School. The 2nd part was spent developing the Smartphone Photography Series (SPS) for the XD School borderless learning programme. She developed the layout for the SPS syllabus, registration google form, presentation, student workbook, participant voucher and feedback form using the Menti Meter platform. She upskilled her knowledge in design by self-learning the features of InDesign and Canva software to improve her design skills which were valuable contribution for the XD Brochure and SPS. With multiple microprojects she was able to manage her task according to the agreed timeline and communicate effectively with her team. Janice was also a great facilitator with engaging energy which was demonstrated when she was given the task to lead the Warm-Up, Energizer, Cool Down and SPS presentation team on during our exercise and learning sessions. Janice is agreeable and provides good insight to her team when working on her microprojects. She listens and responds constructively to her superior, mentor and other team members’ ideas and often offers support for others’ ideas and proposals. She aids to others when they need it and ask for help for solutions from her mentor and superior when needed.
