Jan and I worked together for a period of about two years for a $15 million dollar fulfillment and distribution division at Archway Marketing Services, she in the role of Business Unit Account Manager and I as the General Manager. During that time, Jan was responsible for the division’s two largest clients generating over 35% of the total revenue. Jan’s roles and responsibilities were very diverse and included financial analysis, customer service, account management and interfacing with operations. She was also involved with gathering and coordinating customer expectations and satisfaction data. Jan had direct managerial responsibility for a staff of over 8 employees including production and administrative supervisors along with sales/account coordinators.
