Compile documentation and present findings to the Leadership Teams as needed, providing actionable recommendations for enhanced student learning outcomes. Attend conferences, and meetings as a representative of Pacific Charter Institute Academic team, centered on English Language acquisition and growth. Maintain internal databases to implement strategic process improvements. Establish and cultivate working relationships with internal teams for efficient communication. Worked with the PCI Testing Coordinator and Site Administrators, as well as Executive Directors to coordinate and administer California English Language Development Testing.
