      I joined HMICFRS inspectorate as Service Liaison Lead on a two year secondment. I worked with Fire & Rescue Services nationally to help prepare them for the new inspection regime, subsequently leading the Inspections within 3 of those services. I was part of the team that put together and completed new inspections of all 45 FRSs nationally, resulting in individual reports for each of those services and a national State of Fire report which was released in January 2020.
