Janette is a hardworking, flexible, data-driven and compassionate leader. She has always had multiple titles at the same time- math coach, district testing coordinator, ESL director, SPED director, Principal and so much more. She handled each responsibility with diligently, in-person, remotely or hybrid. Her work was always done right and deadlines were always followed. She knows how to read and understand numerical data to help each campus grow successfully. Her office is always filled with teachers and students as she is always approachable when you have questions or need help with anything. She is one of the most competent colleagues I have known, regardless of whatever task she is faced with.

Janette was an approachable, professional and hardworking principal. We collaborated together on taking our school from the school building to the cloud/virtual/hybrid world during the height of the pandemic. I could ask her anything and she would help to make it happen. She was always there for us teachers as she knew what it was like to be one of us. The kids knew that her door was always open and so did we. There was never any problem too big or too small for her and she took on every challenge that was given to her. If there was ever an issue or anything that needed addressing, I knew I had her full and unconditional support. The school had a positive vibe because of the team atmosphere that was fostered and nurtured every single day.
