I have known Janet for several years when she worked for me as a personal assistant. This included keeping my personal records in order, managing my bills and balancing my checkbook, organizing my closets, overseeing people who came to do work at my home while I was at work, dropping and picking up clothes form the cleaners, and other chores as needed. Janet was also instrumental in helping a family member move and organize her closets, and have a system in place to maintain an organized household. Her skills were not only limited to the above. Knowing that she had helped several dental practices start form the ground up, and developed protocols that maintained such practices running smoothly, I asked her to come to my medical practice and help me develop systems to use my time more efficiently. Janet came in and helped me set these in place, and improving my patient flow efficiency, maximizing the use of my technicians, and keeping the paperwork on my desk from accumulating. This allowed more time quality time away from the office. Sweeney showed a strong knowledge on how to manage a busy medical practice. Her observations were very accurate; she displayed an excellent understanding of the inner workings of running a practice, and without difficulty find potential for improvement. I very much appreciated her help in this matter. She is thorough, methodical and stays focused on her project. I would recommend her without hesitation
