Janet’s responsibilities included assisting with Business Development, Marketing & Operational activities such as supporting, evaluating & testing partners, researching the wireless telecom space, and helping to develop reporting systems & procedures used for management & client reporting. Janet is a very capable, dependable and organized person. She’s able to handle numerous activities concurrently with limited guidance or supervision, but also works very well in a team setting. As a result-oriented person with a great work ethic & energy, Janet was able to make a significant contribution in the short time she worked with us. Overall, Janet did an excellent job. Of particular note was Janet’s assistance in helping to design, develop & execute the company’s first comprehensive, international reporting system & procedures. This required her to gather a complete understanding of our product & business model, interface with technical personnel to gather data from our systems & databases, build complex Excel spreadsheets to sort, analyze & summarize information, prepare audit plans to verify the completeness & accuracy of the reporting, and provide guidance to technical personnel to build efficient & effective automated reporting systems. In addition, she helped to provide a future roadmap for all internal & external reporting needs. In doing so, Janet demonstrated her ability to gather the high-level knowledge & perspective of our business, apply it in her plans, and dig into the details of execution to successfully achieve her objectives. Through her experience with SnapNow, Janet has gained exposure of the start-up environment, international operations, launching a B2C service that also requires significant B2B sales & partnership efforts, and the Wireless Telecom industry.
