I thoroughly enjoyed working with Janet and saw her as a truly valuable asset to myself and our team. She is competent, fair, honest, dependable and hard-working. Beyond that, she is an incredible listener and teacher. Her knowledge and experience with quality improvement processes and implementation was a true asset for our organization. There were numerous times when I sought her input and advice. Prior to offering her thoughts, she would listen and ask numerous questions as to the issue at hand. Her direction and solutions were always well thought out, practical and solid. Not only would she offer guidance, but she coupled that with her assistance and follow up. Janet is also reliable and extremely competent. Janet was an excellent team leader and mentor. She is a continual learner and was willing to adapt and adopt processes as needed. She offered trainings and education for our team on several quality improvement processes and incorporated these methods in how she approached her work. She was willing to take on challenges and was intentional and pragmatic as to how she approached any task at hand. In addition to her professional skills and expertise, Janet was a joy to work with because of her positive attitude and genuine care and consideration for her team.
