While studying at Crowder College, I was blessed to study English and World Literature under Janet. Immediately I fell in love with her teaching style and thus English as a discipline. Janet's guidance and advice cultivated my abilities to think analytically and compose my thoughts clearly on paper. Through her mentoring, I was able to test out of the required introductory literature classes upon transferring to Pittsburg State University. Although I no longer study under Janet, I still communicate with her on a regular basis, occassionally asking her advice on a piece I am writing. Janet is always eager to provide instruction and advice. I could not have asked for a more dedicated instructor. I highly recommend Janet for any teaching position!
