Janet is truly the definition of what a servant leader is! I had the pleasure of working with her to interview, train, and place AmeriCorps members with EagleScholars for four years. She always had a level of intentional planning and thought in building out her team of AmeriCorps members. I believe clarity is kindness, and Janet always strives towards clarity in any situation. Thank You for being the amazing person you are, the energy you bring and the get things attitude :)

I've known and collaborated with Dr. Janet Morrison-Lane since 2018. At the time, she connected me to her Eagle Scholars program as a mentor. Dr. Janet is incredibly passionate about educating our youth. She leverages her connections and her experiences to find meaningful ways to contribute to every community she serves. Dr. Janet is committed to finding creative and exciting ways to get things done. She embraces people of all backgrounds and cultures and finds ways to spotlight their gifts, talents, and voices. I've had the fortune of featuring her in two of my podcasts and learning even more about her and her approach to life.
