I've worked with Janet for nine years at this point and witnessed the massive impact that she has had on Leanpath. She joined a team of 5 that was dreaming of scaling food waste prevention but struggling to do so. She was our first marketing leader who defined Leanpath's story, brand and the overall category of food waste prevention. Looking back, our company has grown at least 15X with Janet as a key leader. I build the infrastructure to attract, hire, nurture and reward employees and cultivate a culture that helps to retain and leverage existing employees. This includes recruiting, onboarding, professional development, organizational development and company culture. I also work directly with Leanpath leadership across the organization to support organizational change and cultural adoption of our core values, purpose, beliefs and behaviors to accelerate overall team growth and company success. I oversee and direct all HR activities, including benefits, policies and procedures.
