Updated/trained entire firm from Windows XP and Office 2003 to Windows 7 and Office 2013. • Oversaw key aspects of other software deployments including timekeeping system, Workshare Protect metadata security, Payne Numbering, pdfDocs, Nuance PDF, Best Authority, etc. • Developed automated deployment and update solutions for software, computer configuration, printer installation, version control, and other repetitive tasks • Oversaw key aspects of relocating offices with minimal work production loss • Created over 2,000 custom forms/custom autotext entries specific to each office. • Conducted research and development to recommend and implement solutions. • Support Microsoft Office products to include firm/office location specific document layout, styles, autotext, macros and custom add-ins.
