Following a lay-off, Janet was one of the candidate recruiters I used for my job search. I've worked with recruiters in the past that really pushed for the hard sell, but Janet was not like that at all. She focused on my employment requirements, and adjusted her services accordingly. This is important: many recruiters have tried to manipulate my needs to meet their abilities, but Janet manipulated her abilities to meet my needs. Janet's work ethic, concentrated attention, and engaging personality combine to make her an excellent recruiter. Her honesty and candor made her a pleasure to work with. If I ever find myself looking for a job again, Janet is the first person I will call.
