- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients. - Assist President of IBA in daily matters. - Facilitate the implementation of new client accounts. - Facilitate the renewals of current client accounts. - Conduct quarterly conference calls / meetings with Brokers, Clients, and/or Employers. - Maintain everyday contact with Insurance Networks, PBMs and Stop Loss carriers - Generate monthly reports for current clients.
