  Senior Leasing Executive responsible for the repositioning of Greensborough Plaza. I worked on both the Fresh Food Development and upgrading the Level 1 Entertainment Precinct. The leasing remit expanded to deliver a modern and fashion and service mix to the customer. I completed 74 new new deals and fit-outs an 18 month period and together with the leasing team we achieved a MAT of $363m the highest in the assets history achieved at that time.
