My first long-term job started with me working in a support position under Janell at Applied Membranes. She is a strong, motivating leader with an intense passion for meeting and exceeding the expectations of her customers and excelling in her endeavors. My first impression of Janell may have been that she was a little tough, but after reflection later in life I now realize that it was her strong drive for excellence that pushed me to strive for that as well. Without the challenge and encouragement she provided, I feel I may not have been confident enough to push my limits expand my skill set. Thanks to Janell's influence I quickly began to excel at my position and rapidly moved up within the company. We continued to work together for a period of about 13 years. In this time I have developed nothing but respect and admiration for Janell's incredibly strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and an almost uncanny ability to achieve her goals, even when they seem impossible. I would be happy for the opportunity to work alongside Janell again, and strongly recommend her to anyone.
