I hired Janell into Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN. I left my position and relocated to a different geographic market, otherwise I would have brought Janell along with me. She is incredibly organized and thorough. Her interpersonal skills are oustanding. I had several customers and vendors compliment me on how polite and effective Janell is. She does a great job representing your company externally, while doing a great job for you internally. Janell is a great team player and well liked. Janell's diverse experience set also gives her a unique perspective of traditional tasks that most people don't have.
