• Worked closely with architect and interior project managers to design educational environments for students in primary and secondary school as well as for higher education.• Created color schemes and selected furnishings, finishes, and equipment for Springboro Elementary school in Springboro, Ohio.• Worked with the architect to stay within budget while maintaining the original theme and concept desired by the school system.• Created detail construction documents showing size and types of built in cabinetry for each room type, as well as custom designing entryway reception areas and floor patterns.• Made site visits to speak with administrators and contractors before, during, and after the construction and installation process.• Maintained our resource library and met with manufacturer's representatives to make sure up to date and project appropriate resources were available to our design staff.
