I had the pleasure of working with Janel while on assignment at Cetera Financial. In my role as Director of IT I managed Janel on a very large and complex conversion effort. Janel was responsible for the overall delivery of the batch work stream. On that work stream there were hundreds of jobs and processes that needed to be modified. Janel has an exceptional work ethic and personal drive. She was always the first in and last out. Janel is incredibly organized and works well with all of her teammates. She was one of the keys to success on the overall conversion and I highly recommend her.
