We pride our delicious product and providing our guests with an extravagant experience. I am responsible for managing the overall operation of the store including: customer satisfaction, employee supervision, scheduling shifts, quality control, hiring/firing, training staff, merchandising, increasing sales, banking/deposits, and creating a fun and productive work environment to reach challenging goals.As part owner, I also specialize in the marketing and coordinating events. I've extensively planned a Red Carpet Grand Opening for our Michigan Avenue location, as well as chocolate tastings, birthday parties, and special viewing parties.
