  I work with middle and high school students on a drop-in basis in a virtual learning environment. Using a tablet and virtual whiteboards, I teach whatever level of mathematics the student brings to me, from arithmetic and pre-Algebra skills through pre-Calculus. I have to be extremely flexible in my teaching as I never know what a student is working on until they drop in. Many of my students have physical challenges and/or learning disabilities which require me to be able to alter my teaching style to suit the student. If I notice that a student needs more practice in a particular skill, I will find the resources they need to master the skill. Show less
